Looking for a WordPress expert in London?
WordPress is very user-friendly, so for many people getting a basic WordPress website running is straight-forward.
When it comes to getting everything configured & looking just how you want it though for somebody without much WordPress experience it can sometimes be time consuming, frustrating & confusing.
And if something needs updating or fixing and you’re not sure where to start there’s always that fear that you might break something if you get things wrong.
Let us take care of the techie bits & pieces for you!
We’re WordPress experts. We’ve built dozens of sites using WordPress (some of which you’ll find listed in our portfolio) and configured & customised WordPress layouts & designs aplenty.
We know the best plugins to use and how to configure them, we understand the way the WordPress programming works but more than that we’ve got our hands plenty dirty customising WordPress code to get the most out of it. In short, we know WordPress!
So you can depend on our expertise in getting those little techie bits done for you, at a rate of £35 per hour (with a minimum charge of £50) for one-off work. If you’re looking for more regular maintenance, taking care of your updates & security so you don’t have to, we also offer WordPress Website Management plans which include a monthly allowance of maintenance time and a reduced rate for any additional maintenance work.
How our WordPress general support & maintenance service works
So you have some technical bits you need a hand with on your WordPress website? A theme that’s not looking quite how you’d like it? Some plugins you’d like setting up or fixing perhaps?
Step 1: Understanding your needs
The first thing we will do is ask you to outline in writing what the problem is you need us to fix for you. You don’t need to understand anything technical (we’ll work that part out) just describe as best you can what it is you need or want from your WordPress site.
Step 2: Planning our work & giving our promise
We’ll then work out what will be involved in solving your problem and how long it will take us. We’ll give you a clear outline of this & a specific cost based on our hourly rate. If you need to add something further along the way, no problem, but otherwise that’s our up-front promise of our specific service for a specific cost.
Step 3: We solve your problem!
As simple as that. We sort out your WordPress techie problems as promised to you in our contract. You’re happy, we’re happy to have helped, and maybe you tell your friends how helpful we were (well, that’s your choice of course, but that’d be lovely 🙂 ).
We’re based in London, UK but the joy of the internet means we work remotely & can help far and wide.
